Edmund McMillen’s Mewgenics is now live on Switch 2. The game tasks you with assembling a team each day in the fictional Boon County, building on the roguelike foundation McMillen established with The Binding of Isaac and Meat Boy.
Mewgenics marks one of the early notable indie releases for Switch 2 since the console’s debut. McMillen’s track record—both as a designer and in bringing projects across multiple platforms—suggests this won’t be the last time his work appears on Nintendo hardware.
If you’ve been waiting to experience the game on a portable system, today’s the day to jump in. A trailer is available to check out before you download.
