Isbrand’s Plate is found in a chest during Lacra’s Hive and Seek quest, in the same room where you encounter Isbrand. Coat of Darkened Scales is located in an upper-floor chest during Sanzhana’s Tiny Dancer quest. The Enhanced Armour of the Arbiter comes from completing A Bulwark Against Darkness, as do the Enhanced Shin Guards of the Arbiter and Enhanced Boots of the Arbiter.

Isbrand’s Greaves are in a chest at Kobold Nest. Ancient Footwear requires exploring the Ancient Ruins during the Xanthe Court activity Xanthe’s Excavations: Bloodied Dagger—defeat the boss, use Focus Mode to find a Ritual Dagger on the left, then use Compel Soul on a body to unlock the boss room’s locked chest.

Ancient Hero’s Vambraces are earned by completing Xanthe’s Transports: When Two Dogs…. Vrakhiric Bracers come from defeating Bakir during The Lunar Game and searching the treasury room at Lunar Manor. Enhanced Bracers of the Arbiter also reward A Bulwark Against Darkness.
