Corrections Policy
We aim to be accurate, and when we are not, we fix it in the open.
How to report a mistake
Use our Contact page. Tell us which story, what is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the correct information.
What we do
- We check every report we receive, normally within two working days.
- When a fact is wrong, we correct the story and add a dated note at the end saying what changed. We do not quietly rewrite facts.
- Small fixes that do not change meaning, such as typos, are corrected without a note.
- When a rumor we covered turns out to be false, we update the story and its label.
- The English and Arabic versions are corrected together.
Image and rights requests
If you own an image or other material on Ralify and want it removed, contact us. We remove it the same day while we look into the request.
