Riot Games officially pulled back the curtain on the next Valorant agent, Hush, during the Champions 2026 Grand Finals. As reported by Beebom, this new character is the game’s 9th Duelist and hails from Guangdong, China. Bringing the total agent count for the tactical shooter to 30, she is scheduled to join the roster in Season 26, Act VI, following the official conclusion of the VCT 2026 tournament. Her debut was accompanied by the original track “It’s You,” performed by Karencici.

Hush makes a cinematic entrance in her reveal trailer, showcasing a nonchalant demeanor. With long white hair featuring soft pink and purple undertones, sharp bangs, and glowing pink eyes that activate when channeling her telekinetic powers, she exudes a cool, collected vibe. The trailer famously depicts her pausing mid-brawl to answer a phone call from her mother on a floating smartphone while attaching a suppressor to her pistol, setting the tone for her reality-bending playstyle.

A New Kind of Duelist

Unlike the raw speed-focused kits seen in Duelists like Jett or Neon, Hush is designed around reality-bending, telekinetic powers and purple crystal-based utility. Her kit emphasizes creative playmaking through aerial mobility and guided crowd control, moving away from reliance on pure reflexes alone.

Her abilities include:

  • Telekinesis (Passive): A unique utility allowing players to interact with weapons, the Spike, and map switches from a limited long distance.
  • Flow (C): An anchor-based movement ability that allows players to place an anchor and propel themselves toward it. Using it while mid-air allows for hovering in place.
  • Flashbulb (Q): A guided projectile flash. Players can throw it directly or ready it, guiding the projectile toward their crosshair before reactivating to detonate and blind enemies.
  • Displacement (E): A tactical projectile that operates similarly to the Flashbulb. Upon detonation, it pulls enemies toward the detonation point, causing concussive effects if they collide with a surface or another player. This ability refreshes after two kills.
  • Suspension (X): An ultimate ability that launches an orb moving toward the player’s crosshair. Reactivating the ability detonates the orb, lifting all caught players into the air.

Why it matters

Hush represents a shift toward more technical, high-skill Duelist gameplay. For players, this means her value is derived from manipulating the battlefield rather than just taking early duels. Her ability to retrieve the Spike or weapons from a distance during eco rounds provides strategic depth previously unseen in the Duelist role.

Her guided utility suggests she will be a strong pick for players who enjoy setting up their own entries. As she launches in Season 26, Act VI, players should watch how her Displacement ability interacts with current site-hold metas, as the capability to pull defenders out of power positions and force concussions could drastically change how teams clear sites. Her arrival marks a significant addition to the Valorant ecosystem, combining long-range manipulation with agile aerial maneuvers.
